Families and groups of up to six will find Billy Napp's Cottage practical for a seaside break. The three bedrooms—two doubles and a twin on separate floors—give everyone their own space, while a single bathroom serves the household. The ground floor has a living room with Freeview TV and Netflix, a dining room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine; a second washing machine and tumble dryer are in an external utility. An enclosed south-facing patio is furnished and sheltered, useful for outdoor meals or simply watching the day.

The cottage dates from the 1700s and stands on Filey's oldest street, moments from the blue-flag beach and the promenade. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One pet stays free. Dicky Bees Fish & Chips is among the local eating options. The town offers conventional seaside activities—swimming, fishing, golf—plus walks along the clifftop and cycle routes inland. Bempton RSPB reserve and Flamborough Head are within reach for anyone interested in seabirds. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
