Town Head - Griff Head Cottage

Griff Head Cottage comes ready to use. Electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial fuel for the open fire. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Downstairs there's a living and dining room with a DVD player and an open fire. One bedroom has two single beds; upstairs, the second bedroom has a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms—a shower room downstairs and a bath with shower upstairs. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

The cottage sits in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, backing onto Melmerby Moor with views across Coverdale. You get a garden with patio and furniture, plus parking on site. The area is strong for walking, cycling and exploring; Leyburn market town, about 5 miles away, has shops and restaurants. An outhouse with a table tennis table is shared with the neighbouring property on site. The water supply comes from a spring. Smoking is not permitted inside.
