The Yorkshire Dales offers walks, market towns and plenty of family attractions within reach, while Utopia House itself sits on a private estate with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and restaurant serving complimentary weekday breakfasts. The estate runs activities suited to different ages, so there is usually something to do without leaving the grounds.

This 17th-century property sleeps 11 across six bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a formal dining room, substantial living space and a garden with barbecue. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, and a cot and highchair are available if needed.
