Whitethorn Lodge is a ground-floor property with its own entrance through patio doors, located on the edge of Skipton within easy reach of the town centre on foot. The single bedroom upstairs contains a double bed (4ft 6in), and the ensuite has a walk-in shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining room includes a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, plus an electric fire. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine; there's also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The property comes with bed linen, towels and wifi included. Two outdoor areas—a small patio with garden furniture off the main room, and a lawned side area with seating—offer space to sit out. One parking space is available on site. Skipton itself functions as a gateway to the Dales, with a working market four days a week, a Medieval castle, canal boat trips, and a mix of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Grassington and the major dales (Wensleydale, Swaledale and Ribblesdale) are within an hour's drive.
