Elm Bank Coastal Park

Our first experience of Elm Bank Coastal Park was as a rental guest 2 years ago. It ticked all the boxes and we loved it so much we bought a lodge. The park has a fantastic location, with stunning views and it is immaculately maintained by the ground staff. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, relaxed and friendly and I could not imagine us having a holiday home anywhere else! We recently made the decision to purchase a newer lodge on the park and the process has been made extremely easy and seamless by Phil and his team. The move took place while we were away on holiday and Phil sent us text messages and videos so we kept up to date with progress. This exceeded our expectations and we really cannot thank him enough. The staff at Elm Bank are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much bother! We have made new friends and love that there is an annual calendar of events to allow the opportunity to meet other home owners in a relaxed, social setting. It's our "Happy Place" an we absolutely love spending time here. We look forward to many many more years here making memories! Thanks once again to Phil and his team. Much appreciated.

We decided to call in to Elmbank with the possibility of moving from another caravan park. We met Phil and staff and with no pressure at all and the great advice received we decided Elmbank Coastal Park was the site for us. We have a beautiful view and the pitch is amazing, well kept and the parking is brilliant. We love our caravan and any issues have been dealt with very quickly and painlessly with the excellent staff used throughout the park. Our purchase and sale of caravans was efficient and easy. So a big thank you to Phil and all the staff at Elmbank for helping us make a great choice.

We recently purchased a caravan from Elm Bank Coastal Park, and can say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Phil and the team were friendly, professional and attention to detail really stood out. The handover process was seamless and felt comfortable at every aspect.
