Beavers Rest

Beavers Rest is a contemporary lodge tucked into woodland in rural Northumberland, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The interior follows clean Scandinavian lines—neutral tones, plenty of glazing, open-plan living—designed so the forest becomes part of the space. The kitchen handles proper cooking, there's a lounge with a smart TV for downtime, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two singles; the setup works for couples, friends or small families.

The private deck is the real draw here, a quiet place to sit with morning coffee or an evening drink while the woodland settles around you. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your stay. A pub sits within a mile if you'd rather eat out. No smoking inside the lodge.
