The cottage itself is a terraced property across two floors. Downstairs has a living and dining room with Freeview television and a kitchen equipped to cook proper meals. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed (4ft 6in) and one with two singles (3ft)—and a bathroom with bath, shower, heated towel rail and grab rail. Parking for one car is on site, and there's an enclosed garden with seating and furniture. The essentials—heating, electricity, linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. One dog stays free.
