Brocks House is a single-storey annex on the edge of Felton, a village in the Morpeth area of Northumberland. Two guests share one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, and an open-plan living and kitchen space arranged on one level. The kitchen has what you need to self-cater—oven, hob, microwave and standard equipment—while the sitting room has a sofa, armchair and smart TV. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the place is non-smoking.
A single dog stays free. You get off-road parking for one car and a private garden with a patio. The village pub is roughly a mile away, and shops are a short drive off. The surrounding countryside suits walking, with riverside paths and rural trails nearby; Morpeth train station is accessible for onward travel. The coast and Northumberland's broader landscapes are within reach for day trips.
