Felmoor Park - Hamilton Lodge

Morpeth is a market town in Northumberland with a working high street, independent shops and a riverside setting. Felmoor Park sits on the edge of the area, a 40-acre country park with a lake and walking routes. Hamilton Lodge is a single-storey cabin here, backing onto trees, with its own entrance and a private hot tub sunk into the surrounding decking.

Inside, everything is on one level. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and an ensuite, one with two singles and access to a shower room. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with a gas cooker and full-sized fridge, a dining area, and a lounge with a TV and electric fire. One car can park on site. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, and one dog is welcome to stay with you.

The cabin suits couples, small families or friends wanting a quiet break within reach of Morpeth's pubs and restaurants. Northumberland Zoo is half a mile away; Burgham Park Golf Course is similarly close. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are a short drive, and the park itself offers evening walks around the lake. No smoking indoors.
