Jimbow is a modern cottage sleeping four, set in the village of Beadnell with Beadnell Bay Beach a short walk away. Ground floor holds the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. An enclosed lawned garden with furniture sits to the rear, and there is parking for one car on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
The kitchen is set up for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a TV, DVD player and CD player for quieter evenings. The property does not allow smoking.
Beadnell suits families, walkers and anyone after a coastal break away from busier resorts. The beach itself is golden sand backed by the harbour. Beyond that, the Northumberland coast offers castles, villages and dramatic scenery; seal-spotting trips to the Farne Islands run from nearby Seahouses. The larger towns of Bamburgh and Alnwick are within a short drive, with shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach on foot.
