Seahouses sits on the Northumberland Heritage coast, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the village itself is lined with tea rooms, pubs and shops facing the working harbour. Boat trips depart from here to the Farne Islands, known for nesting seabirds and grey seals. Bamburgh, two miles north, has a castle and stretches of sandy beach; Lindisfarne (Holy Island) is visible from the shore. Budle Bay, a bird sanctuary nearby, draws thousands of waders and wildfowl, especially at low tide when mudflats are exposed.
Lottie's Place is a dormer bungalow on the village edge with three bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to four people. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview, a kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, utility room with washing machine and dishwasher, and a conservatory leading from the main bedroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—one a double, one single—and a separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; there is on-site parking for one car and a garden with furniture. One dog stays free. The property does not permit smoking.
Horse riding is available 200 yards away. Alnwick, about 14 miles inland, has the castle and Alnwick Garden with its notable tree house restaurant. A golf course operates on the links nearby.

What guests say
This is a holiday cottages not a hotel. It was wonderfully located for beaches, walking and the town amenities. Even thought it is called Main road it is not too busy. The downstairs bedroom was stuffy as it doesn't have windows of its own.
