The ground floor holds a kitchen with gas hob and electric oven opening onto a decked area, a double bedroom, and a shower room—useful if stairs are difficult. Upstairs, a living room with smart TV and doors to a Juliet balcony is the main gathering space. Two more bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and ensuite, one with twin singles and a shared bathroom) complete the first floor. The top floor has another twin bedroom. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. You can park two cars privately on the property.

The rear decking overlooks the marina at Amble. Walking distance away, the town has restaurants and cafes serving seafood, a celebrated ice cream shop, and a busy Sunday market. Hire a beach hut for the day from the Harbour Master at Little Shore by the Pier. No smoking inside.
