Stayed here for 4 nights June 2026. Two good sized adult rooms and a smaller room with Bunks. Very clean and tidy The main bed with ensuite is a double that splits into two singles but is only 6 foot long so I was sleeping with my feet out. It could also do with mattress topper to cover the zip as that is quite a ridge. As it is on a farm complex it is a bit prone to flies in the rooms, we couldn't really get rid of them but this will only be a summer problem. The outside space is a bit disappointing. The yard is all gravel with a paved path running through it to access the hot tub and outside games room. The path is raised and makes manoeuvring the car very awkward as the gate isn't particularly wide. I can't imagine two cars managing at all. The path should really be re-routed as it has been caught a good few times by cars I assume as it's cracked in a several places. The access to the site is a very tight turn from the road and is blind when leaving. This can't be improved but needs a confident driver. There is only a rustic table with bench seats as outside furniture. A pity because if the weather is good as it was for us. There is just nowhere to sit out comfortably. The WiFi was a problem and never worked properly. Even called out the management company who are not the hosts. The TV is a nuisance and has no terrestrial channels meaning we missed an England match as no able to get ITV. Irritating problems that could easily be fixed. The location is a car only access and very close to the A1.
