11 The Gavel comes with everything set up for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, and full-sized fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly rather than make do. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. There's parking for two cars on the property, and one dog can stay free of charge.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs is one open-plan living space with a kitchen area, dining table and Smart TV. Upstairs holds three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. The main bedroom opens onto a small balcony. Outside there's a private garden with seating and a hot tub that holds up to ten people, though you'll have it to yourself.
