No. 2 Ness Street is a three-storey Grade II listed house in the town's conservation area, recently modernised throughout and sleeping up to six guests in three kingsize bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a private courtyard, plus the first bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs, the living room has a woodburner, Sky Glass television and Netflix; a second bedroom with shower room is also on this floor. The top floor holds the third bedroom and a bathroom with roll-top bath. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. A washer-dryer in an external shed means you can do laundry during your stay. One dog stays free. The property does not accept work parties or group bookdowns, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
