Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The property is yours alone, and one pet stays free.

Front and rear gardens are both enclosed: the front has furniture and a firepit for evening gatherings, while the rear courtyard (accessed by two steps down) provides a sheltered spot. The main street through Amble is within walking distance, with restaurants, shops and the harbour village nearby. Smoking is not permitted inside.
