The Pods on the Harbour brings together local makers and producers, while Warkworth and its castle lie a short drive south. A grassy area called The Braid, good for dog walking, is moments away—and dogs stay free here.

Guilders Burn has three bedrooms: a super kingsize, a double, and a third with a pull-out sofa bed that works as a home office too. The bathroom holds a bath and separate shower. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove warms the living room, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washer-dryer. There is parking on road and a small enclosed garden to the rear. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking.

The house sleeps five across its three rooms and is yours alone. It suits families, groups of friends, or couples wanting a coastal base with a dog in tow.
