Beadnell is a working coastal village on Northumberland's Heritage coastline, with a golden sandy beach at Beadnell Bay that draws sailors, kite surfers and kayakers. The village itself has two pubs and a shop within easy reach, and the fishing port of Seahouses—where boat trips to the Farne Islands depart—is two miles north. Further up the coast sit Bamburgh with its castle, and inland, Alnwick with its own fortress and the formal gardens of Alnwick House.
Sea Breeze is a terraced cottage sleeping four across two bedrooms: a double on the first floor with an ensuite bath and shower, and two single beds in the second room with a separate shower cubicle. Downstairs, an open-plan living space flows into a dining area and kitchen equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob and microwave. Heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. There is parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden. One well-behaved pet can stay free. The cottage is no-smoking, and you have the whole place to yourself.
At 200 yards from the beach, it suits families and groups wanting straightforward access to the water and the village beyond, or those exploring the 20 miles of coastline designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
