Tern Point

Tern Point is a ground-floor apartment where everything unfolds on one level. You step into an open-plan living area with a kitchen at one end and a sitting room at the other, with patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden. The two bedrooms—one double, one with two singles—and bathroom complete the layout. It's a straightforward, compact space that works well for couples or small families, with heating, electricity, bed linen and towels all included, plus Wi-Fi throughout.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washer-dryer, so you can prepare proper meals and do laundry. The garden has patio furniture and is fenced, making it safe for a dog—and one pet stays free. There's parking for one car on site. No smoking is permitted indoors. The beach at Beadnell Bay is a short walk away, with golden sand and rock pools. The village has a shop and pub, and watersports like sailing, kayaking and diving are available locally. Seahouses, two miles up the coast, is a traditional fishing port with boat trips to the Farne Islands for seal-watching and seabirds. Bamburgh village and its castle lie further north, while Alnwick with its castle and gardens is a few miles inland.
