The Beeches is a contemporary lodge set within the grounds of Eastfield Hall, near Warkworth in Northumberland. Everything is on the ground floor, reached by two steps from the entrance. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with electric fire and 42-inch TV, a dining zone opening onto the garden, and a sun room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms sleep up to six: a double with ensuite shower, a kingsize with a single day bed alongside, and a single room. A second bathroom has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail.
Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has seating and furniture for outdoor meals. The coastal path and Northumberland Heritage Coastline lie two miles away; Warkworth village and its castle are a short drive. Countryside walks start from the property. One dog stays free. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking for three cars is on site. The property is non-smoking. Guests arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00.
