The Stables

Morpeth sits on the edge of Northumberland's countryside, and The Stables brings contemporary comfort to a working farm setting. This converted stable block has been recently restored as a whole-property rental for groups and families, with parking for five cars and an enclosed garden featuring a private hot tub.

Inside, the ground floor opens as one living space: a kitchen with electric cooker, range and full appliances; a dining area with garden access; and a lounge with woodburner. A double bedroom with ensuite shower and a family bathroom complete this level. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each hold a double and two singles, with ensuite showers. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating via ground source heat pump are included. The property suits larger groups or extended families; a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. The enclosed courtyard has seating and a step down to the garden. Note that the water supply comes from a natural spring, and smoking is not permitted.
