The Willows

The Willows is a ground-floor cottage in a village three miles south of Amble. This layout matters: everything spreads across one storey, with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces all accessible without stairs. The property sleeps eight across four rooms—two doubles and two twins—plus there are two bathrooms, so groups sharing the space can manage mornings without queuing.

The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, a dishwasher and separate washer-dryer, which means cooking proper meals and dealing with laundry without leaving the cottage. A conservatory opens onto a fully enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue. Inside, the living room has a TV and DVD player; one of the double bedrooms also has a TV. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog stays free. You can arrive after 3pm and have until 10am to leave.

The village has a shop, pub and restaurant within a mile. Families and friend groups looking for self-catering space where nobody needs to manage stairs, and anyone with a dog, will find this straightforward to use.
