Willow Cottage
Northumberland

Morpeth sits within reach of Northumberland's coast, where Druridge Bay and a string of castled villages pull visitors north. Willow Cottage is a single-storey property sleeping four, set back from the road with its own parking and an enclosed garden—useful if you're bringing a dog, as one pet stays free of charge.
The layout keeps everything on ground level: an open-plan living and dining area with a television and patio doors onto the garden, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), and a bathroom with both bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen and wi-fi are included. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The location works for exploring the Heritage coastal route's castles and harbours—Amble, Alnmouth, Beadnell and Seahouses are all within a drive. Hauxley Bird Sanctuary and Druridge Bay Park are close enough for half-day visits. For everyday needs, a shop, pub and restaurant sit about a mile away. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.

Lovely well equipped bungalow/ chalet. Our second visit to this location which suits our needs. Very close to the beach and lots of places to walk the dog. Michael and Julie the owners are very accommodating and friendly. Would highly te commend these bungalows.

We booked this place for a Christmas get away. To be away after what was a traumatic Christmas last year. So, my sister, her husband a mutual friend and 3 dogs checked in at the willows. Wow, it was just what the doctor ordered. Highly delighted with the place. The management were great, made sure we had everything we needed, and went the extra mile to make our stay spot on.

We stayed at little willows. Really spacious, plenty of room for a couple and two dogs. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. There is a small patio at the back and gravelled area to the side. All fully enclosed so dogs can't get out. There is off road allocated parking. Nice cafe just along the road, and Druridge Bay Country Park is 5 minutes drive away. It was a comfortable base for exploring Northumberland.
