The Workshop
Northumberland
The Workshop comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included, so you arrive to a ready-made home. The single-level layout centres on an open-plan living and dining space warmed by a log burner, with a kitchen that opens onto the garden. Three bedrooms sleep six; the master has an en-suite, and there's a second full bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. No smoking is permitted indoors.
Milfield is a quiet village with a local pub within a mile and a small shop nearby. Wooler lies five minutes' drive away and serves as the gateway to Northumberland National Park and the Cheviot Hills, both popular for walking. The Northumberland coast is within reach for visits to Holy Island, Bamburgh and Alnwick Castle. Flodden battlefield and the Scottish Borders are also accessible, making this a practical base whether you want countryside routes or wider exploration.
