The property is yours alone, with parking for one car and an electric vehicle charging point if needed.

The space is organised over two levels. Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area connect to a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a shower room. Steps lead down to the living room, where glass doors open onto the garden. The room fills with daylight through ceiling lanterns and wall-to-wall windows framing views toward Steel Rigg and the Wall itself. A 55-inch TV, wi-fi, and electric heating are provided. Bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, the garden has a patio with furniture and a sunken fire pit for evening gatherings. The two-person hot tub is set to close at 10pm. A bike store is available if you're planning to explore on two wheels. Smoking is not permitted. Vindolanda Roman Fort, The Sill Discovery Centre, and Sycamore Gap are within walking or short driving distance. Hexham, with its abbey, is the nearest market town.
