Wayside
Northumberland
Beadnell sits on a stretch of coastline designated for its outstanding natural beauty, where a wide sandy bay curves between rocky outcrops and the village itself retains the character of a traditional seaside settlement. Wayside stands in the older part of the village, a detached house with views across open farmland from its main rooms. The setting puts you within walking distance of local pubs and half a mile from Beadnell Bay's expanse of golden sand, which stretches north towards Seahouses.
The house spreads across two floors and sleeps 6. Downstairs, the living room has full-height glazing and an electric woodburner, a separate dining room, and a contemporary kitchen equipped for proper cooking. There's also a games room with a pool table and a second sitting room for children to use. The main bedroom is on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms share the first floor; one has its own shower room. Parking for two cars is on site, and the enclosed garden has a patio with furniture. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. The house does not permit smoking.
