Whiteadder Cottage suits small families or couples wanting a seaside base. The two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a single plus a pull-out single—sleep four. Everything is on the ground floor, with the living space open-plan around a wood burner, the kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with the first load of wood for the burner.

The cottage looks onto an enclosed garden shared with the owner—a sheltered spot when the weather turns. One dog stays free. Parking is on road or in a public car park a hundred metres away. The beach at Spittal is just steps away; Berwick town centre, with its shops, cafés and restaurants, is within walking distance. A pub sits within a mile. Smoking is not permitted.
