Ziggy’s Retreat

The Farne Islands lie offshore, Bamburgh Castle dominates the horizon, and golden sand stretches along the shore – all within easy reach of Ziggy's Retreat. This ground-floor bungalow sits near the northern end of Seahouses, the kind of location that makes beach days, coastal walks and castle visits feel effortless. The village itself has everything: shops, cafés, a working harbour and boat trips to the islands.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom serve four guests comfortably. The main living spaces face the sand dunes, with a lounge and dining room both offering those views, and an electric fire for cooler days. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking – oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher – and there's a utility room with a washing machine outside. An enclosed garden with patio and furniture gives you outdoor space to eat or simply sit. One dog stays free, and the enclosed grounds provide a safe place for them to run.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Two cars can park on site. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
