DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT COME HERE no email to contact from abroad nobody spoke english at the hotel, unclean rooms, unsafe rooms with bare electrical wires exposed. The staff smoked and talked really loudly outside our room ALL NIGHT I was very close to calling the police, i felt like i was going insane that night. I was supposed to stay one more night, but there was absolutely no way that was happening, I got a new hotel at Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island and was so incredibly relieved to get there. That was the best hotel in the whole wide world compared to this. I would rather sleep in a dumpster than this place again. Lets just say if this place closed permanently, that would absolutely not make my entire week /s DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT COME HERE

If you don't mind very basic, this place is ok. The bed was comfy and clean, the room had everything you need but the decor was basic and badly in need of updating. I don't mind where I lay my head as long as it's clean, but if you only want 3 star plus and room service and clean linen every day, this is not for you. It met basic needs but no more, and I would have given cleanliness 4 stars if it wasn't for the small clump of tissue hanging from the ceiling and what looked like cat paw prints on the duvet of one of the beds.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Firstly nearly didn't get into my room, granted it didn't help that I had poor signal and struggled to get hold of the owner, but my experience started when the owners "colleague " came down to meet me. He didn't speak any English and was on the phone to the manager I'm assuming as a translator, they spent about 10 minutes arguing and shouting with eachother over the phone in a language I could not understand for me to be finally shown my room. Now, when I got to my room it can only be described as a bomb has hit it, there was pillows, bed sheets, duvets, everywhere,it was like they had forgotten I had booked. The man gestured at the only made bed in the room so I sat on it whilst he finished "cleaning"..... now onto the cleanliness of the room, stained bed sheets, dirty table, dirty bathroom floor,, dirty mirror, and loads of dirt a debris in the shower tray. At this pint all I wanted was to just get a decent sleep.... NO! walls very thin, right next to a loud main road, at approximately midnight music started blasting out just outside my bedroom door, approximately 1 o'clock apparently there was a conference meeting of what sou ded like 5 people in the laundry room right outside my door. Very unpleasant stay, do not book.

Stayed for one night. For the price it’s perfectly acceptable. Check in was by calling the number provided and entry by code. Then got a key which opened my room and the front door. Good nights sleep. Great for short stay. I expect contractors use it during the week but was quiet at the weekend. I’d stay again.
