What visitors say
"Don't waste your money on this! My son put £4 in, and while the claw picked up a toy three times, it dropped it every single time right before the exit. It’s a total money grabber. Kids go there for the experience, but this just ruins the mood. You can buy these toys much cheaper in a shop; we only pay for the fun, and this machine completely destroys that."

The bowling and arcade are okay, but the staff is terrible. I ordered fries with my drink. The drink was fine, but the fries were a disaster. First, they brought the wrong order. That’s okay, it happens. But then I noticed a kid had left some fries in a red basket on the counter. A member of staff took them back to the kitchen, and a second later, brought those exact same fries to my table. I knew they were the same because they were cold and in the exact same basket. I didn’t complain a third time because I was worried about what else they might serve me if they are that irresponsible. A total waste of £4.
