Stayed here two nights in May 2026.It is not a very big site and is well signposted from the road.It has one shower in the men's toilet which is good.A good shop in the village.There is also fuel in the village too.Reasonable fee of £10 for one person and a small tent.There is a shelter for campers to get out of the rain,or to cook in at the end of the camping field which is great.There are also cabins here to rent if you do not bring a tent.

Good location, woodland walks from the site. Facilities clean and tidy but in need of modernisation and tlc, and an extra shower or two, as one is not adequate for site size. Very peaceful.

We stopped over for a night. We were late off the ferry, but reassured we could pick a pitch and pay in the morning. Hard standing pitch was very large, could have easily squeezed more spaces in the site, but it was nice to be spread out. There are reasonable facilities; power, water, picnic benches/bbq huts, laundry room, pot washing and bathrooms with showers. Only one shower per toilet block. The gents could have done with a clean, windows were covered in old cobwebs and dead insects. There was no hand soap. Reasonable value, quiet site and fine for a stopover.
