About Bella Vista - Guest house
Step into one of the eight rooms at Bella Vista and you'll find a well-kept, comfortable space, with some rooms looking out over the surrounding area for those who ask when booking. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean and come properly equipped, making this guest house on Berry Square in Paignton a practical base rather than a fussy one.
Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, along with breakfast each morning, and guests can also make use of a garden, a spa and sauna, and concierge services for local advice. The property doubles as a wedding venue and has meeting rooms available, so it caters to more than just overnight stays. Free on-site parking is provided, which is useful given Paignton's seafront can get busy.
The location is one of the strongest points, with dining options and the beach both within walking distance, making it easy to head out for the day without needing transport. The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, offering guidance to guests unfamiliar with the area. It's a straightforward, well-run guest house suited to those wanting comfort and convenience on the Devon coast.

Had an amazing 4 night stay at this place, and just wow! Fantastic location, walkable distance to many great places to eat - whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Even a short distance to the beach front. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Chaz & Kelly were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will be staying here again for sure.
