About Foxdale Campsite
Head way out west, almost to the far end of a Pembrokeshire peninsula, and you'll find Foxdale Campsite on the edge of Marloes village. This small, sheltered site – 25 minutes' drive from Haverfordwest – offers well-laid-out grass and gravel pitches (some electric, some without) surrounded by splendid scenery. Facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean: showers, toilets, washing-up areas, laundry, plus communal fridges and freezers. There's a handy on-site shop stocking essentials like milk, bread and tinned goods, and a food truck often appears. Staff are genuinely welcoming, and the atmosphere stays peaceful and relaxed.
The marvellous Marloes Sands lies just a mile and a half away – so pretty it starred in Snow White and the Huntsman. For adventure, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path delivers fab hiking, while boat trips, surf lessons, windsurfing and horseback gallops through the shallows are all within reach. The village pub is a short stroll for meals, with a pizza takeaway nearby and another café-shop ten minutes' drive in Dale.

This site manages to be family friendly and backpacker friendly. Despite being busy it was quiet apart from the booming from the Castle main military range. The owners could not have been more helpful to a backpacker in need. Thank you Julie and Gwinn

I stayed at Foxdale Guesthouse when walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and peaceful and the breakfast superb. Julie and Gwyn were very welcoming and really helpful. They gave me a lift to and from the Coastal Path, provided suggestions for local eateries, and even gave me a spare trekking pole as I'd lost one of mine! I would highly recommend them and Foxdale Ian

Lovely peaceful place to camp, run by warm, friendly people. Perfect location for exploring the local coastline and for Skomer Island. Great showers and good facilities. The food van is there every morning and evening for delicious great value meals, also run by a lovely couple.
