You arrive at Bryn Olwyn to find a proper family home laid out over two floors. The ground floor opens into a living room with a wood burner, Smart TV and books, flowing through to a kitchen with two ovens and a gas hob that faces the garden via patio doors. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a kingsize, a double, and two singles—served by a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
The house sleeps six and comes with bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating included. You get a garden at the front and a larger one behind, fitted out with furniture and a barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site. One well-behaved dog can come free; note there are livestock fields nearby, so pets need supervision outside. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Haverfordwest is roughly seven miles from the Pembrokeshire coast. Newgale and Newport are each around ten miles away—Newport has restaurants and pubs, while Fishguard offers coffee shops and gastropubs within easy reach. Walking country starts on your doorstep in the Preseli Hills, and the beaches south of here—Barrafundle, Freshwater, Manorbier, Tenby and Saundersfoot—are all driveable.
