Brynawel works well for families or small groups after a week away from home. The house has three bedrooms—two doubles and one with bunks—spread across two floors, along with two bathrooms, so there's space to spread out. One bedroom has an ensuite; the main bathroom offers both bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered, and there's fuel for the wood burner too.

Downstairs centres on a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, a practical kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, and a utility room with tumble dryer. The back garden has a seating area and barbecue, and guests have exclusive use of a hot tub for six. Three cars can park on site. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children. The property is non-smoking, and one pet can stay free of charge.
