Cariad
Pembrokeshire
Cariad suits couples or two friends wanting a seaside retreat on the Pembrokeshire coast. This single-bedroom, ground-floor pod sits on a six-acre glamping site just outside Fishguard, with views across the bay and direct access to one of Britain's most dramatic coastlines. The site keeps things relaxed—each pitch has its own private space, garden and firepit, plus shared hammocks and benches if you want company.
Inside, you get a double bed, shower room, and a separate kitchen hut with a gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Heating, electricity, wifi and bed linen are included; bring your own towels. There's parking for one car on site. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
Fishguard itself is walkable and has cafés, restaurants and pubs. The North Pembrokeshire coast offers pebble and sandy beaches plus some of the best coastal walks in the country—nothing like the crowded spots further south. The Preseli Hills lie a few miles northeast for those who want inland walking. The site runs a seasonal marquee restaurant with evening meals and weekend roasts from Easter through September. No smoking in the pod.
