Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, there are some steps in the cottage and a threshold lip at the entrance so may not be suitable for wheelchairs. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted
