Incline Villa

Incline Villa comes fully equipped for a week away without having to think about the basics. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all covered, along with Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a full suite of appliances—electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave—so cooking from scratch is straightforward. Initial fuel for the woodburner is provided too.

The three bedrooms sleep six: two doubles and a twin, all with proper beds rather than makeshift arrangements. There are three bathrooms across the property, including an ensuite to the main bedroom with a corner bath. The living room centres on a woodburner and Smart TV. Outside, a private wood-fired hot tub overlooks the garden, with a barbecue and seating for entertaining. Parking is for two cars. One dog stays free; smoking is not permitted inside.

Saundersfoot village is a five-minute walk downhill along a level path—the old railway route—with the Coast Path within easy reach for cliff walks and beach access. The location works for families wanting to explore, or groups meeting up somewhere with proper facilities and enough space to spread out.
