Llwyncelyn Farmhouse opens into a spacious ground floor where the heart of the place is a kitchen-dining room built for groups. Modern appliances—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge—let you cook properly, while French doors spill onto a patio where you can eat outside. A separate sitting room with a woodburner gives another space to spread out. The ground floor also holds a bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room, plus a utility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs are six more bedrooms: a kingsize with an ensuite bath and shower, three doubles, and two rooms with twin singles. Two further shower rooms mean everyone has access to facilities. The house sleeps 14 across all these rooms, with travel cots and three high chairs available if needed. Parking is on site for six cars, and a heated hot tub seats seven—one of the few shared luxuries in a property otherwise given over to space and comfort.
The enclosed back garden has seating and a barbecue. Wifi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included. One pet stays free. No smoking inside.

We stayed here just before Christmas and it was such a wonderful stay! Madeline and Marc were fabulous hosts and the house had everything that we needed for our stay. They were also available at all times for any queries we had. The house was spacious, decorated beautifully and so clean. The rooms were all great with everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely and great in the winter evenings. They had games, information about the area, and all appliances you could think of. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much we all enjoyed thoroughly :)

Madeline & Marc have really thought of everything you could possibly need / want for your holiday. The house is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped to a high standard. It was the perfect place for our large group (10 adults) to celebrate my mother in laws 50th birthday and our yearly skittles holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone including Cioa the dog. We all enjoyed the freedom and space, that this house has. One of my personal highlights was relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of “bubbly” and learning about the history of the house that's provided in the welcome book. The views of the valley are breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this stunning house, and we can't wait to come back next year. Thank you again for making our stay so relaxing.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. Madeline &Marc have really thought of everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Everywhere is fully equipped to a high standard. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday, plenty of room for everyone and the children & dogs enjoyed the freedom and space.One of my highlights was relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of “bubbly” watching the sunset after a very busy week of celebrations. The views of the valley are breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this stunning house.

Wow! What an incredible stay at Llwyncelyn! We were here for a hen-do and it did not disappoint. If anything the house exceeded our expectations. The hosts had thought of anything and everything you may need - very thoughtful. Hot tub was amazing, incredible views all around. Every bedroom extremely comfortable and well appointed. Lots of space to entertain - massive lounge and kitchen/diner for everyone. Kitchen was fantastic Plenty of space outside too! We are looking forward to coming back again with family.
