This detached cottage sits directly above Amroth Beach, with the first floor arranged to capture views across Carmarthen Bay towards Worms Head and the Gower Peninsula. The layout puts all living space upstairs—an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with patio doors onto a balcony, plus two bedrooms where you wake to the sound and sight of the sea. Downstairs holds a separate toilet and storage.

The accommodation sleeps four: one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer; there's a washer-dryer too. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. An external shower lets you rinse off sand after time on the beach. You have private parking for one car; additional spaces are available in a public car park 250 yards away.

Amroth Beach offers rock pools and sand, with water sports available locally—windsurfing, canoeing, sailing and fishing all happen nearby. The Amroth Arms is close at hand. No smoking inside the property.
