Park Clement is a four-bedroom farmhouse on a working farm near Boncath, recently renovated and set among rolling hills and green meadows. The property sleeps ten across a ground-floor layout with two living spaces and a first-floor bedroom tier. One dog stays free, which is unusual enough to be worth knowing upfront. The grounds are substantial—a large enclosed garden with sitting area, gas barbecue, and a private hot tub—though there is an unfenced pond 260 yards away and three garden steps to be aware of, and the property is accessed via rough track.
Ground floor has two reception rooms, one with woodburner and Smart TV, the other fitted with pool table and table tennis, plus a kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and patio doors to the garden. Shower room on this level. Upstairs: two kingsize bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with bunks. Main bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are all covered, as is the first load of wood for the burner. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed, and a welcome pack comes with arrival. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking; the garden has furniture and a barbecue set out; parking for five cars is provided. This works well for larger groups or extended families, or for people wanting space to spread out across multiple living areas.
