Bluebell Cottage is one of three stone cottages on a former dairy farm, converted from its original working life into holiday lets. The setting is rural Pembrokeshire countryside, a few miles inland from the North Pembrokeshire coast between Newport and Cardigan. Ground-floor living is open-plan, flowing from a sitting area with a 40" Smart TV through to a dining space that opens onto a south-facing garden with views towards the Preseli Hills. The kitchen has two electric ovens, a hob, microwave and full-size fridge-freezer, making it straightforward to prepare meals or a barbecue. A separate shower room has a heated towel rail.
Upstairs, the single bedroom contains a kingsize bed and air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are all included. The lawned garden is shared with the adjacent cottage and has patio furniture and a barbecue; there is also a bike store and parking for two cars. A pond sits about 10 yards from the property, which is fenced. Smoking is not permitted. The coastal path near Moylegrove is roughly five minutes' drive, and several beaches including Newport Sands and Poppit Sands are within easy reach for walking, fishing or water sports.

A fantastic, rustic cottage on the outskirts of the town. Situated halfway up Carningli, you do feel that you've escaped. The owner was an absolute star: helpful, informative and welcoming. A large garden was perfect for the dog and afternoon coffees soaking up the view. Recommended

A quiet cottage below the enigmatic Carn Ingli. Once the car is parked, no need to use it again, there are multiple walks from the cottage to the hills or the sea.

My wife and I have stayed in a number of holiday cottages in the area and this is absolutely one of the best. Charming characterful cottage with stunning views. The host, John, is very helpful, kind and has very good local knowledge. Highly recommend this property: Penfeidr Newydd.
