The Moorings

Solva beach lies a short walk away along the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park footpath, and St Davids—with its cathedral, independent shops and restaurants—is less than ten minutes by car. The Moorings sits above Solva Harbour with views across to St Brides Bay, making it a base for coastal exploration rather than a secluded retreat.

The cottage is single-storey except for one bedroom upstairs. Ground floor rooms include a living room with large windows facing the water, a kitchen-diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and three bedrooms (two doubles and one single with a pull-out single bed). Upstairs is a fourth double bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower and heated towel rail; there are two additional separate toilets. All rooms benefit from oil central heating. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included; a travel cot and stairgate are available.

The back garden has a seating area and barbecue, with parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. The garden slopes steeply, which is worth knowing if children will be playing outside. No smoking indoors.
