Ty Celyn is a four-storey townhouse arranged across four levels, sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor contains a twin bedroom, shower room and kitchen, while the first floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a second kitchen area and access to a balcony. Two further double bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the second floor, and a fourth double with ensuite is on the top storey. A stairlift connects ground to first floor. One dog stays free.

The property sits 200 yards from Broad Haven's beach. A front patio and enclosed back garden with sitting-out area and furniture provide outdoor space; there is a step in the garden accessed from the first floor hallway. Three cars can park on-site. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering, with both conventional and combi ovens, dishwasher, and washing and tumble drying facilities. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. No smoking throughout.

Broad Haven sits within The Havens area of Pembrokeshire. The beach itself is golden sand, backed by a boardwalk. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance along the seafront.
