Hazelgrove Lodge Barn

Hazelgrove Lodge Barn is a converted barn sleeping 10 across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The whole property is yours alone. Four of the bedrooms have kingsize beds; one has two singles. Three bedrooms have ensuite wet rooms with showers, and there's a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower. The lower ground floor contains a bedroom and wet room, useful if anyone has mobility concerns or wants more privacy from the main living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the basics. There's a utility room with a washing machine. The ground floor opens into a large living space with a woodburner, dining area and patio doors onto a balcony. A second living room on the lower ground floor provides extra seating. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and the essentials—electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are included. Initial logs for the woodburner come with the property. You have parking for three cars on site, and the small garden has seating and a BBQ (available March to October). One dog is welcome and stays free, though it must be kept on a lead.

The barn is in Pendle, near Black Lane Ends Tavern. No smoking inside. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
