Moorgate Farm - Moorgate Cottage

You step straight into an open-plan ground floor at Moorgate Cottage, where the living space flows from a lounge with TV and games console through dining and into a fully equipped kitchen. A separate sun room gives you flexibility for overflow cooking or a quiet space to retreat to. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a king, another king, and a twin—with two bathrooms between them.
The property sits on a working sheep and beef farm near Kelbrook village, positioned where you can walk to a local pub but far enough out to feel genuinely rural. Views reach towards Pendle Hill and across open countryside. An enclosed patio has garden furniture and a barbecue; the private hot tub is set to face those same views and fits four people. There's parking for three cars and a bike store if you're planning to explore the surrounding footpaths. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.
The location works well for walking: the village and beyond have routes radiating from the door, while Skipton (9 miles) and the Forest of Bowland (10 miles) are within easy reach. Clitheroe and the Yorkshire Dales lie just beyond. Note: the grounds contain a fenced stream about five yards away, and the cottage draws water from a well.
