Well set out site with good clean facilities. We travel around (and camp) all the time with our Rainbow Drumming Circle. Travelling back from Yorkshire yesterday we decided to try Shay Gate ( its close to home) to have a nice chillout evening. There are plenty of flat areas and beautiful scenery. No EHU but everything else you could possibly need and it was all lovely and clean. We will be back! (Maybe even bring drummers next time!)

Lovely site with good facilities, which wouldn’t be too far from any of the pitches, hot water and nice and clean. Walks to the pub with a printed out map was a lovely touch and only 30mins to each, Graham and the team were really helpful when we needed it and keep the site perfect. Beautiful views to site and look out over in the morning or with a fire pit (we hired the sites and got a really good pack of logs with kindling etc with it). We will visit again, hopefully with better weather so we can explore more!

Amazing camp site with beautiful views and very clean amenities also a good waist site with recycling bins and a place to empty ash and coal from the bbq. We have Stayed here twice now and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on there face and was very kind and welcoming ill use this site agein its very grand thankyou for a great stay 😊

Great campsite south of the Dales. Simple but great facilities with clean toilets and hot showers available. Plenty of flat spots for campervans. No hook ups. On weekends you have food vendors coming over. We had pizza and it was great. This is a biker friendly campsite and also one open to people with other vehicles than plain white campers and motorhome. Fantastic riding roads around too!
