Rolling countryside surrounds Whiteoak Cottage, a barn conversion that sits in the Pendle area near Colne. The building retains period character—vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams run through the interior—but functions as a thoroughly modern holiday home, sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The ground floor opens as one generous space where the kitchen, dining area and sitting room flow together. You can cook properly here, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and room to seat six or eight around the table. A utility room and separate toilet complete the lower level. Upstairs holds the three bedrooms: a king, a double, and a zip-and-link (which splits into singles on request), all with televisions and heated towel rails in their ensuite showers or baths. A small study area on the landing works as a desk if you need to keep in touch with work.
Outside, front and rear patios with garden furniture look over the surrounding landscape. Parking for two cars sits on the property. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage is non-smoking. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
