Geordies Byre

Geordies Byre is a single-storey conversion in rural Perthshire, three miles from Comrie, surrounded by farmland and set within 20 acres of shared grounds. The entire property is yours alone, with a small enclosed garden and patio where you can sit out, and parking for two cars. Water comes from a natural spring on the property.

Inside, everything is on one level: a combined living and dining space with a wood burner (initial logs provided), a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer-dryer, one bedroom with a king bed, and a bathroom with both bath and shower. A Z-bed is available for occasional extra sleeping. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property welcomes one pet and is entirely non-smoking.

Perthshire's hills and glens are on your doorstep for cycling, walking and fishing. Gleneagles and other major golf courses are nearby, as are Drummond Castle, the Grouse Distillery, and Loch Lomond. Perth, Stirling and the Trossachs National Park are within easy reach, and Edinburgh and Glasgow are just over an hour away by car.
