The whole property is yours alone, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across ground floor and sun room. There are three steps up to the entrance, and a further two to reach the garden. Accommodation comprises a main bedroom with zip-and-link super king or twin singles on request and its own shower room, a second bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, and a third with two singles sharing a wet room equipped with grab rail and shower seat.

The kitchen is well fitted for self-catering, with two electric ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. A dining room opens through patio doors to an enclosed garden, which has seating, a gas barbecue and a summerhouse. The living room has a television, blue-ray player and books. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One pet stays free. Three cars can be parked on site. The village of Comrie sits within reach—a five-minute walk takes you to the high street with shops, cafés and pubs. Perthshire countryside surrounds the property. No smoking inside.
